Transparency & Trust First Approach for DIGI ANTI

Last Updated: October 27, 2025

DIGI ANTI Bot list

We have created multiple versions of Digi bots to ensure consistent quality and speed across all groups. All bots listed below are official DIGI ANTI bots that share the same source code, functionality, and privacy standards. This privacy policy applies to all bots in the DIGI ANTI ecosystem.

Important Note: Beware of Fake Bots

Due to the popularity of Digi bots, many fake and fraudulent bots have been created with the same name and picture. To distinguish between authentic and fake bots, simply check if the bot's ID is listed on this page. If it's not in this list, it's not an official DIGI ANTI bot.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that are collected and recorded by DIGI ANTI Bot and how we use it. This policy governs your use of our Telegram bot, which provides group management and moderation services within the Telegram platform.

Our commitment is to maintain the highest standards of transparency and user privacy. We have designed our Bot with a "privacy-first" approach, ensuring that we only collect the absolute minimum data necessary for its proper functioning.

This policy applies to all users who add the Bot to their Telegram groups ("Administrators") and to all members of such groups ("Users").

Important: By adding, using, or interacting with our Bot, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must refrain from using the Bot.

What Information We Collect and How

We are transparent about the data we process. Our Bot is designed to function without collecting sensitive personal information that can directly identify you.

Core Principle: Your Privacy First

In general, Telegram bots do not have access to your private information like your IP address or phone number. They can only see information that is publicly visible, such as your profile picture, name, and username.

However, to maximize your privacy, our bot does not even store this public information. The sole identifier we save to provide our services is your non-personally-identifiable numeric Telegram User ID.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and only collect the necessary information to ensure the bot functions properly. This bot is designed solely to assist group admins in better managing their Telegram groups with features like banning, muting, warning users, locking links, gifs, stickers, fighting spam, welcoming new members, and promoting or demoting users.

User-Related Data

To deliver our moderation and management services, we associate the following operational data with your Telegram User ID within the context of a specific group:

  • Telegram User ID: A unique numerical identifier assigned to every Telegram user. This is used as a primary key in our database to distinguish users without accessing personal details.
  • Role and Permission Status: We store data indicating if a User ID belongs to a group owner, administrator, or a user with special permissions, which is essential for access control.
  • Message Activity Counter: A numerical count of messages sent by a User ID in a group. This is used solely for generating activity statistics for administrators.
  • Warning Count: We track the number of warnings a User ID has received to automate moderation actions as configured by group administrators.
  • User Status Flags: We store flags to identify if a User ID is currently muted, banned, or has been identified as a potential spammer ("Tabchi"). This is critical for enforcing group rules.
  • Language Preference: We may store your preferred language setting to provide responses and notifications from the Bot in your chosen language.

How We Receive Your Information

  • You provide this information directly through interactions with the bot (e.g., CAPTCHA, save messages, set configurations).
  • We also receive information about your membership in groups.

Group-Related Data

To function according to the rules set by administrators, the Bot stores configuration data for each group it is in:

  • Group Settings and Rules: This includes all configurations made by administrators, such as active locks (e.g., link lock, sticker lock), the list of filtered words, welcome message settings, and other moderation preferences.
  • Explicitly Saved Content: Saved messages such as autopost messages, autoanswer responses, filter rules, and welcome messages that you explicitly configure through bot commands.

Why We Collect Data

The collection and processing of the aforementioned data are based on the legitimate interest of providing a functional, reliable, and configurable group management service. Every piece of data we collect has a specific and necessary purpose.

Service Obligation

The primary reason for data processing is to deliver the services you request when you add our Bot to your group. This includes enforcing rules, managing users, and executing commands issued by administrators.

Group Security

Storing User IDs and their associated statuses (banned, muted, warnings) is fundamental to maintaining order and preventing spam in the group.

Administrative Control

Saving group settings allows administrators to customize the Bot's behavior to fit their community's specific needs without having to reconfigure it constantly.

Analytics

Message counters provide administrators with valuable insights into group engagement. This data is aggregated and not used for individual profiling.

Supporting Bot Features

The information we collect is essential for the bot's operation and is used to:

  • Pair user IDs with usernames
  • Manage chat memberships
  • Apply security settings
  • Execute administrative commands

What We Do Not Do

Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Here are the strict boundaries we maintain to protect your data:

We Never Request Sensitive Information

The bot never asks for your address, phone number, password, or any other personal information. If any bot claiming to be Digi asks for such details, it is fraudulent.

We Do Not Store Unnecessary Messages

We do not store any messages unless explicitly saved by you through bot commands. Your conversations remain private and are not logged or monitored.

We Do Not Collect Information from Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us to remove it promptly.

We Do Not Share Sensitive Information

We do not share your information with other organizations or individuals. Your data remains confidential and is used solely for bot functionality within your group.

Data Safety and Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Protection Measures

  • We employ standard security protocols to safeguard our databases and servers.
  • Access to the data is strictly limited to authorized personnel for maintenance and operational purposes.
  • We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any collected information with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

Our Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We believe in data minimization and user control. Our policy is straightforward: all data related to a specific group is permanently and irrevocably deleted from our servers immediately upon the Bot's removal (kick or leave) from that group. This includes all associated user data (warnings, message counts, etc. for that group) and all group settings. We do not retain historical data for groups that no longer use our service.
